User interface isn’t great
As a user. The loads and docs need to be fully updated for example gate pass is the key to get cars if you guys don’t have gate pass in your system don’t release the car on the system.

The worst app
We keep completing the loads on the app then the inspection disappear, this app sucks

Terrible, transports should pay extra for having to use this app. App takes so long to load between photos and it’s 100 degrees outside. Crazy how yall can update the entire app but there’s still old listings on here from years ago that “can’t be deleted.” This app must only be set up in a convenient way for folks posting the listing of cars to move. Also, I’m not a body shop, how are we expected to pick out every ding and scratch on these vehicles? Got my phone hot trying to load all this. Zero stars. Dear app developers, you make me want to find a new career because your app is so terrible

Has anyone from corporate actually tried to use the app? The latest update makes it very painful to take photos/upload and now search for loads using the app. It loads a couple before the wheel start spinning to refresh to load two more.

Search complications
Before you can search by state to state now you have type in exact cities. Not great when you want to see what you can pick up on the way.

Keep freezing up, slow app, can’t copy any address. Needs to be updated to better experience.

App sucks keeps freezing

Had issue with ca, tried telling me my insurance was cancelled which it was not and already paid a month in advance for renewal. Showed up today to pick up first car fo ca, someone else has already picked up the car. Won’t pay dry run. I tried calling yesterday and this morning. But now ca is saying I should have called them. Never had this issue with the other load boards before.
