Very bad app also to slow and they not take care of drivers once customer said scratch they wil charge you quick you don’t do a investigation

Keep freezing up, slow app, can’t copy any address. Needs to be updated to better experience.

App sucks keeps freezing

Had issue with ca, tried telling me my insurance was cancelled which it was not and already paid a month in advance for renewal. Showed up today to pick up first car fo ca, someone else has already picked up the car. Won’t pay dry run. I tried calling yesterday and this morning. But now ca is saying I should have called them. Never had this issue with the other load boards before.

CarsArrive Plus is a Garbage App
It freezes and crashes every single time it’s used. Just opening the app causes it to freeze and sometimes crash, it will freeze again when you are selecting a load. Once it unfreeze, it will freeze again multiple times or crash altogether when you are doing an inspection. Again, this happens every single time the app is used. Don’t know of any other app that behaves like this, completely unusable, freezing every single time & every step of the process., Ive not encountered a worse app than CarsArrive Plus, it is garbage.
