Too much noise
There is currently too much visual and auditory noise—the busy screens, countdowns like “3, 2, 1, go,” and other unnecessary elements can be distracting from the actual learning experience.
We are busy professionals who are engaged, capable, and genuinely want to learn. I would encourage a cleaner, more streamlined approach: reduce the distractions, improve the pace, and put the knowledge and content center stage. The goal should be to make the learning experience as efficient, focused, and valuable as possible.
I’m also curious about the reasoning behind the weekly updates. What purpose are they intended to serve, and is that frequency necessary?

Terrible format. Testing without organized reading or video watching. I hardly even see a video and when one is available it leaves out most details and doesn’t even play without glitching. Worst app ever!
Questions written by children??
The questions they give you on these are poorly worded and contain answers that are very broad with little to no learning benefit. Listing things such as “skills” but also having multiple choice along with skills such as “demeanor” and “knowledge”… demeanor can and is a skill and without the knowledge you won’t have the skill… open ended and stupid. Not a fan of this and would suggest not downloading this app if you’re interested in actually learning anything.

Too much flash
I know your app says that studies show people learn faster when they’re engaged in a game. For me, this is not the case. Too many flashing pop-up screens. I’m learning nothing.

Fun and Convenient
Really like the ability to compete with coworkers and see who tops the leaderboard. Made my training more fun and connected.

A little weird at first, however once you play the games, it makes sense. The games do in fact make one learn quicker and better. Even after many fail attempts, it’ll makes you retain the info until you get it. Innovative way to change the training process for new and current employees in the job industry.
