Connection problems

I bought a subscription to this app earlier in the spring and it worked great for a while. Now I have three students that I have problems connecting with. Every time we try to connect we get a white screen. The app says we are connected, but we can’t see or hear each other. The subscription is too expensive to be having this sort of connection issues. It’s not worth it if I have to keep switching to FaceTime to teach my lessons.

Hello, we’re so sorry to hear you’re having these problems! I see that you are on version 1.2.1. This is not compatible with older versions and will result in a white screen if other users have not updated. Please have them update as soon as possible and things should work great again.
