Guys for love of God fix the app nuh! It’s ridiculous that for almost every major event being live streamed, the app AND website crash or there’s glitch that prevents us from watching things smoothly. Every year is the same issue and unu cyaa resolve it all now??? Come on man

Geo restrictions for starlink users in Jamaica
Hello OneSpot Media Team,
I am reaching out regarding an access restriction I am experiencing while using the OneSpot Media app.
I am physically located in Jamaica, and my service address with my internet provider is also set to Jamaica. However, I am using Starlink internet, and I have been advised by Starlink that their IP addresses can sometimes geolocate to a different country due to their global satellite network. This appears to be causing the OneSpot Media app to incorrectly detect my location and restrict access, prompting me to subscribe.
When I access the app using a non-Starlink connection, it works normally, which confirms that this is a geolocation issue rather than an account issue.
I have already contacted Starlink, and they advised that the quickest resolution is for the content provider to adjust geo-restrictions or whitelist Starlink IPs for users in Jamaica.
I kindly want to ask:
• Is it possible for OneSpot Media to exempt or whitelist Starlink users in Jamaica, or
• Adjust the geo-restriction settings to allow normal access for verified Jamaican users using Starlink?
I would truly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide, as I value the service and would like to continue using OneSpot Media without interruption.
