Fix the app!!
Guys for love of God fix the app nuh! It’s ridiculous that for almost every major event being live streamed, the app AND website crash or there’s glitch that prevents us from watching things smoothly. Every year is the same issue and unu cyaa resolve it all now??? Come on man

Geo restrictions for starlink users in Jamaica
Hello OneSpot Media Team,
I am reaching out regarding an access restriction I am experiencing while using the OneSpot Media app.
I am physically located in Jamaica, and my service address with my internet provider is also set to Jamaica. However, I am using Starlink internet, and I have been advised by Starlink that their IP addresses can sometimes geolocate to a different country due to their global satellite network. This appears to be causing the OneSpot Media app to incorrectly detect my location and restrict access, prompting me to subscribe.
When I access the app using a non-Starlink connection, it works normally, which confirms that this is a geolocation issue rather than an account issue.
I have already contacted Starlink, and they advised that the quickest resolution is for the content provider to adjust geo-restrictions or whitelist Starlink IPs for users in Jamaica.
I kindly want to ask:
• Is it possible for OneSpot Media to exempt or whitelist Starlink users in Jamaica, or
• Adjust the geo-restriction settings to allow normal access for verified Jamaican users using Starlink?
I would truly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide, as I value the service and would like to continue using OneSpot Media without interruption.

Hello developers, could you guys please make a version of this app on the Amazon fire stick. It’s an awesome way to stay intuned but would love to use the service solely on my tv

Unacceptable
I have constantly had issues with 1spotmedia app continuously over the years and instead of getting better, it seems to get worse. All different types of bugs and glitches including latest one where you constantly get logged out while watching news.
I sent a lengthy and detailed email to customer support which seems to be just a third-party provider that gives you nonsensical scripted responses about "we're aware and working on the issue". And as time goes by either the issues (plural) persist or new ones get added. Always supported Tvj and the RJR Gleaner group but it look like you need real competition now. Especially considering that you have brilliant journalists but they seem to be restricted from doing serious and consistent investigative/follow-up journalism.

App keeps blocking and logging me out! I can’t watch the news in piece without interference! Cho!!

Buggy, unresponsive when tabs are selected, random log outs, etc. Complete unusable at this point!
Availability
Not available on the Apple TV App Store. As a streaming app I feel like it should be
AirPlay does not work!
The app is so restricted, you can’t successfully use AirPlay to watch on TV. This wasn’t the case and I’ve loaded other videos to verify that the issue is not a fault of my own. YouTube and other apps works perfectly fine but not 1spotmedia.

The app keeps closing on start up. This just started happening a few days ago on an older iPad I’m using.

Great idea. Don’t like that I watch on a teeny tiny part of my screen. Try to enlarge and the whole app disappears
Fix your bugs
The app is very convenient for us outside of Jamaica but for god sakes pay more attention to the app and fix your bugs !!!
Lack of continuity
Programs sometimes end abruptly and another begin. Some programs keep airing repeatedly.
Unreliable and slow at times
I wanted to watch a diamond league race on August 21, 2021 and for 5 minutes the app and website were loading. All now I can’t get on. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Buffering
I can’t even watch the live streams. The live streams are always buffering. I pay for 400 mbps and both speed test confirms I get 300 mbps through out my house. I have no problem with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime, Disney plus, you tube, CNN or Apple TV plus. I can’t get a full 15 minutes of RETV OR TVJ without buffering issues. I had the same issue three years ago but I thought I’d try again. Bad decision and a waste of money.
