Michelle just help me get a new password and walk me through the process. She was a delight to work with, and I’ll request her the next time I mess up, which shouldn’t be long.

Everything outdated just the worst place to go ,can’t wait to close the account
Unreliable
This app is good when it works, but every other week I have to reset my password because I can’t login due to the system being down, my face activation needs reloaded,Etc etc. also, the updates are always done after hours when no staff is available. I can’t even tell you how many times I have been unable to regain access until a day or two later, and of course it always happens at the most in inopportune times when I’m trying to make a bill payment and then causes me to have a late fee.

Long term customer
I have been with 1st Advantage long before its current name, and I have been consistently satisfied with them. I have used them for at least 40 years, and I would recommend them to anyone.

1st Advantage has superb services and operations. I have been a member since 1977 and I have seen them grow and develop exponentially over those years. They are truly a members organization, dedicated to their owners. I feel confident they will continue to serve their membership owners through providing exceptional leadership and financial services.

Constantly making me resign in and disabling my Face ID on my cell phone which hasn’t changed in 5 years
Getting an error
Everytime I click "enroll" and make everything, I get an error message everytime. I have tried everything and nothing worked at all. I have became a new member today at the bank and can't even make my own USER ID on the app.
App always crashes
App always crashes, sometimes it doesn’t even let me log in.
DO NOT USE
This is the worst banking app and credit union I’ve had the displeasure of being a part of. The inconvenience and lack luster customer service is unfortunate. If you get locked out of your account you have to wait for a phone call back, they can’t help you when you call in. What good is having an app if I can’t make any changes on the app and if you’re flagging every move I make as fraud, disrupting my business and money.

Not working
Every time I try to log in with Face ID, I have to enter my password. Then when I do enter my password it won’t open. Every time, I have to power cycle my phone! This is becoming an issue!

I have had this account for two years and the app never lets me login and when I called for help, they said just use the website. I have an app if it doesn’t work.

Transfers…To work or Not to work
My auto loan through this financial institution required me to also open a savings account as an “easy” way to transfer funds to pay the note. It’s not a penalty loan if I were to pay off early. However, it seems there is an underlying “cap” on what I can pay per month. I’ve tried paying a larger amount at once to knock the loan balance (from the savings account). Rejected. So, I kept lowering the amount until it accepted. Sweet. I tried doing additional transfers from savings, both the same day and after waiting multiple days between. I’m continuously getting pop up message stating it can’t and to try again later. I’ve even set up transfers for days in advance, with no reprieve. I do this again and again waiting a couple weeks and still the same result. Because of this, interest still accrues on the remaining balance when I’m trying to lower that balance. This is asinine.

I can’t get it to work
This app has not worked for me ever since I switched from a galaxy to an iPhone - 2 years ago. When I go to log in it states “an unknown error has occurred please call this number.”
I have called in several times to get assistance to no avail. This does not typically pose an issue as most business I can do with the desktop or mobile web page version. However, since you can only deposit checks via mobile version (for some reason), in the off chance I get a check it is fairly inconvenient as I live out of state.

Solid Banking App
Card alerts, turn on/off card, travel notices. Solid.
App states “update required”
No update available on App Store. App is inaccessible.
App creates loop
In the app, it says an update is required, and has the button to “update now”, but if you hit that, it opens the App Store with 1st Advantage app, but doesn’t say “update”, it just has “open”, so you just end up toggling between the two, and can’t get into the 1st Advantage app.
