Bayport FCU new accounts

Switching over to a new credit union account should have been pretty painless. After seeing an online ad for free checking AND early direct deposit I decided to switch. Applying online gave me a bit of an issue, so I went directly inside the branch for assistance. While the employees were terrific, I didn’t get the impression the branch mgr was well versed with the advertisement. Once the account was established I had other questions. After my 1st direct deposit I saw right away that there is NO early deposit. It is a hassle to transfer to external accounts. There were no starts checks included with my welcome packet. This is not a great start but I will decide within the next 3 months to remain a Bayport customer. Thank you.
