I always feel welcome when I enter the Bayport Credit Union on Denbigh Blvd. in Newport News. Most of the staff know me by name, greet me and provide professional personal service when I enter the Branch. They are friendly and helpful. Sometimes I join in conversation with other members while waiting to be seen. It’s a great place to belong and know I am important to them. They definitely know what SERVICE is all about.

Please turn off the constant badge app notification for the “What’s New” section when there is no notification of anything new.

Number of messages shown on app symbol
You can click all the tabs in the app or outside but number of messages keep showing all the time.
For example 2 messages is keep on showing on my mobile app since last 2 weeks & doesn’t go away.
This is very frustrating.

BayPort CU is truly an awesome financial institution. They provide excellent customer service, and numerous financial services to get your money on track.
