Love the App. I hate the red notification attention in the corner of the shortcut. It seems you can never get it to clear, no matter what. Please do something about that.

First app that can’t do external transfers and the chat wasn’t helpful.

Please turn off the constant badge app notification for the “What’s New” section when there is no notification of anything new.

Number of messages shown on app symbol
You can click all the tabs in the app or outside but number of messages keep showing all the time.
For example 2 messages is keep on showing on my mobile app since last 2 weeks & doesn’t go away.
This is very frustrating.

BayPort credit union off of Holland Rd has world class customer service..I am always greeted and offered a welcoming smile..the tellers are very knowlegable and have helped me set up my account , on line banking and other services..I left my previous credit union to join Baypprt and I am the happiest customer—

God forbid you have to reset your password. A robot voice will call you and speak with the most muffled tone imaginable ONCE and you better hope you write it down because they will lock your account immediately if you mess up the entry.
App is shutting off
Anytime I try to open the app it loads then kicks me out of it. Christmas is right around the corner and it’s really inconvenient for it to be doing this now. Please fix it.
App barley works
With new iOS update BayPort app will work for ~ 1 week then, for no reason it after a certain point, the app will crash upon trying to open. causing me to uninstall and reinstall each time, clearing cache and other troubleshooting does not fix this error. Other than this issue it’s a normal functioning bank app with no added features over another bank
