Too many err codes all the time Hard to get my details of if there’s errors

Had the app for awhile but now it won’t let me in saying I need an update but when I go to update it,it won’t let me says it’s already updated. Maybe it’s a bug that will get fixed but it’s doing it on both my phones
Can't even use it
I downloaded it, won't load. Just opens and closes. I've uninstalled, restarted my iPhone. Still same thing...

Transfer and pay
I hate this it is confusing! It doesn’t total your paid bills anymore makes more work trying to balance account!
App constantly has issues
Half the time I go to check my account and the app won’t let me log in because it’s having issues (that a lot of times take over 24 hours before it’s fixed)

Doesn't help through the steps, asked me a million security questions, that half of them I could not answer. Just awful I gave up and deleted it.
