Please upgrade this app!!
Half the time it won’t log in, when I’m in, the other half of the time it won’t load any information. I have had to delete and reinstall this jank like 15 times since my initial download. Why is it so terrible?!? Also, why do you have depositories at your bank but you DON’T OFFER ENVELOPES???? I have to make sure I remembered one from home, or have to go to a competing bank to get an envelope for deposit. That’s just not right. Ughh.

Buggy app and website
I cant log into the app or online. When i enter my info it takes me to the authentication page where it asks a security question , but doesnt let me type anything. So now if i want to know my balance i have to go all the way to the atm
Will not open
Since the update a few days ago, the app will not open to the sign in screen. Can’t log in.
Current Update
The recent update has seem to have froze my app.
Miss the old app
It’s always freezing and never wants to open and or crashes.

For some reason I can’t log in now could last night now it says servers unavailable try again later or problem occurred.

IPhone Issues
I have called several times over the last two months regarding my ipad and iphone bill pay issues. They are aware, but have still not solved the problem. I travel a great deal, so this makes me unable to pay bills remotely.

App is always fast and it’s super easy to use! Great for people on the go. You can transfer money and get accurate balances anytime!
Crashes
App crashes more than it works. And when you switch phones or phone numbers, it’s almost impossible to get it to work again without going through and hour long process on the phone with the company. We love first Kentucky but hate this app.
Junk.
App is useless once you change phones. Better off just logging on to online banking.
