Today I would like to express my sincere pleasure concerning one of employees. The clerks’s name is Jacarra Hillie at the Meridian MS branch. Every time I’m there I am amazed with her professionalism, attention to detail, and. knowledge as per current loan procedures. In my opinion she should as soon as possible be advanced to a higher position within your organization. She is the epitome asset.

Trying to access my account & the app is saying that everything is wrong my password , security questions & i know for a fact they can’t be wrong .
MUCH NEEDED IMPROVEMENT
Love the new update! I’m glad to see them catch up to the times and other apps. I’ve been with this bank since they opened here. I was probably one of the first to the first app they rolled out. This one if by far the best! Easy to use and the added FACE ID and FINGERPRINT makes it even better. I’ve not logged on to the regular site in a while. Best wishes! Happy banking.
