Could be better
When I transfer money from one account to another I shouldn’t have to choose how often I want the transaction should occur. It should automatically select one time only and just give me the option to change that to reoccurring. Other than that small annoying thing, solid soo that isn’t crazy hard to figure out how to use.

Outdated, impractical, missing basic features
This app always looks like it was built 20 years ago. The last version was barely functional without a simple prompt to say update password when you needed too, instead just locking you out and incapable to update the password in the app. Now they’ve launched this new version and it looks like an app built 10 years ago with still limited capabilities.

Easy, convenient
Does take a long time to update over weekends, which has been inconvenient to me on a number of occasions. Otherwise, works well.

Such a well laid out and easy site. Use it several times a week and barely need to actual go in (although everyone is so friendly, enjoy that too!).

Review
The older app was better because you and faster because you had your username and password on the same page. Now you having to open up the second page to put in your password, and the continue prompt has to be hit twice, and is somewhat inconspicuous, when compared to the older app.

Time to change the picture
The app is ok but the picture needs to be changed. It’s been the same for a very long time
Face ID isn’t working
Face is does not work on this app with iPhone 24pro max. I tried uninstalling and re installing the app removing Face ID from the app then selecting it and it just isn’t working. Outside of that i app seems to do what i need it to do. Check my account when i want to move money and pay loans.

This bank is an absolute nightmare. Refinanced my loan with a higher interest rate just to get away from them
WORST. BANKING. APP. EVER.
Half the time it says “No Account Found” when you log in. For whatever reason the Face ID never works but every time you open the app you still have to do the Face ID, then when it fails you can log in with you username and password. Always seems to have issues. The bank itself is great. The app. Terrible.

Slow
Every time I open the app, it downloads “updates” that don’t seem to do anything other than slow access. It’s frustrating, if you have the app open, close and reopen it, more loading updates!
Other than that, and the fact that sometimes it just won’t load account history, it’s ok.
Mobile check upload is a pain too, usually I’ll just upload it to my other bank.

Doesn’t work
This app stopped working about three months ago. Changed my password but can’t sign on through the app anymore, I always get “authentication required” errors. Been using it for three years. Frustrating
App doesn’t even work
If you try to even open it then it just tells you it can’t be opened due to an error. Complete waste.
If I could give it 0 stars I would.
I cannot even get past the ridiculous security questions to sign in because they're asking me if I know people on some list. I would put "no" and they would say that the account could not be accessed because of "security problems"
My bank never told me about any of this and I've contacted them. I retried and my account got blocked. I called my bank and they told me to wait 24 hours and try again. I've been trying for 6 days. I gave up! I don't understand why me not knowing someone on this list is problematic to MY security! I will NOT be using the app and I do not recommend to anyone.

Check deposit is useless
The redesign of the app is nice and adds the feature of mobile check deposits but it's basically useless. The check has to be endorsed by First National Bank of Scotia! So if your employer doesn't use them you can't deposit the check..
Crashes, non functional
The app it self does not allow you to sign in over 90% of the time at most you see the login screen with no ability to input any information. When you are able to type your login information it frequently stops before a connection is made.
