Loading issues
The app will take so long to load when logging in it always times out and happens for hours between multiple attempts. It does it on my daughter’s account on a different phone, too.

Rating explanation
I enjoy convenience of the banking app. I absolutely love it. I check it at least once a day but I absolutely hate being asked every time I get on app to check my bank account how I’m enjoying the app. One time would be sufficient. That’s my frustration.

Daily overdraft fees, runaway!!!
I stopped all activity on this account due to moving out of state. Not once did they mention that there would be a daily overdraft fee. $7/day. F’n rediculous!!

This is the best banking app I use I’m a 13 yr old student with a bank account and I love it and the bank it’s self the employees are js so sweet and treat there customers like family
Logining in
I’ve changed my old phone number to the current one I’m using and I’m still having issues. It won’t call me no matter how many times I presss it and it won’t give me the text option.
