Posted a thank you that both me and my wife were in they suspended me for 24 hours saying we were not in the picture also seats were in the nosebleeds.
Alternate login issue
You took away IDMe login, which is how I have been logging in since I’ve got the app now it is telling me to create an account put ID.me back in there.

Constant Updates and Log Outs
This app used to be great when it was a site. Now you have a constant re log in happening with an app..this isn’t a bank account and it is being treated like one. It’s frustrating having constant updates and losing coins because of that and having to re-login. I appreciate what this app does, but man this is getting to be an every single day issue.

Great Experience
Really awesome that something like this exists! Can’t say enough great things about the events and experiences I have been able to provide to my kids because of this app. The kindness of these donations is truly remarkable. App works just fine. No issues so far. Only wish you could search for event types across multiple states at once but not too big of a deal. All in all very satisfied!

Getting tickets is great, however they sell A LOT of your data and info. Also, the app looks and runs like something out of 2010.

I tried to use the app, it counted down to 3 minutes away, but stayed stuck there for
20 minutes! Never came! Other areas have service starting earlier and later into the night. You go somewhere, then you can’t get back

Questionable at Best
For an app that requires you to verify multiple critical personal information pieces….but then can’t support an app that doesn’t crash or ask you to login every time you click a link seems pretty shady! I have gotten great tickets, for free, from the app, however, every time I use it I feel like my personal information and professional credentials are at risk….

Wrote a thank you message I was in the pic and they suspended my account for not being in the pic. We should be able to say thank you however we want. Never writing a thank you again.
Slightly more convenient than the website
It’s more or less the same as using it in a browser, but having push notifications for raffles is nice. Some tickets do require the app so it’s inevitable if you use this service often. Everything works as intended though.

Every time I open the app, it freezes now.

This is such a great opportunity to give back to first responders. I have been awarded some amazing tickets which I am so grateful for. Thank you to all the donors and 1st tix for helping me make some awesome memories with family and friends.
Cannot sign in
Login never works and only authentication errors. All it has when I try to login in is error codes with ID me. It works perfectly on my VA app but not at all on 1st tix.

Love this!! Got tickets and went to a hockey game with the family. Won 4 tickets we had a blast. Trying to get signed in with the app having difficulty there but on the web browser I have no issues at all. If you’re a first responder def worth signing up for.

Still does not function.
You can get an alert on your phone that an event opened up but cannot log in. You still have to go to the website. Uninstalled this!
