Deposit notification
I never get mobile or email deposit notifications. I’ve almost had this account for a year. The online help facility can’t help nor can the bank itself. Very disappointing. There needs to be an update and bugs need to be fixed.
Trouble logging on my iPad.
It’s frustrating for some days I can log onto my account , yet others I can not. I wish someone could fix this!
Lots of issues, Face ID doesn’t work, keeps asking for username and password
This app has lots of issues, Face ID doesn’t work with my account but weirdly works with my daughter’s, the app keeps asking me for username and password even after setting up quick access. Please fix this super-buggy app, make it work properly!!!
Doesn’t even work
The app hasn’t been working in weeks. It’s always going down for maintenance but it seems like this time it never went back up! Fix the app please
Won’t open on my homepage
I just recently tried to sign on and it said the app was no longer available. I downloaded the new app and it will not appear on my screen when I try to open it. Don’t know what to do now.
