Horrible! Our Organisation shifted our EAP Partner from 1to1help to Betterhelp.
We used 1to1 but there support only 2 women councellors got decent ratings out of 300 plus employees who used to service, rest were not. All our employees tried them. They don’t know what to say, we paid for 24 hour assistance with volunteers to assist in case of employee issues but they were inefficient, all 300 plus employees complained delay is assistance and talking unrelated things and volunteers during employee breakdown was 😂💀 but switched our EAP partner to Betterhelp, I suggest your organisation to do to same.
Only two employees said it’s okay out of 300 plus it was two female councillors, to took ownership but rest all complained saying they couldn’t assistance in the night depending on their timezone and no volunteers which they charged for. Betterhelp has been great so far.
