Horrible! Our Organisation shifted our EAP Partner from 1to1help to Betterhelp.

We used 1to1 but there support only 2 women councellors got decent ratings out of 300 plus employees who used to service, rest were not. All our employees tried them. They don’t know what to say, we paid for 24 hour assistance with volunteers to assist in case of employee issues but they were inefficient, all 300 plus employees complained delay is assistance and talking unrelated things and volunteers during employee breakdown was 😂💀 but switched our EAP partner to Betterhelp, I suggest your organisation to do to same.
Only two employees said it’s okay out of 300 plus it was two female councillors, to took ownership but rest all complained saying they couldn’t assistance in the night depending on their timezone and no volunteers which they charged for. Betterhelp has been great so far.

Dump app

Councellor are good but the app and weird company policies are really pathetic.
Half of the time their app don’t works.
Scheduling rules are a nightmare to deal with.

My organisation is not listed

Medanta is one of the biggest hospital chains in North India but it is still not listed in this app. I am not able to sign in because of that.

Could do a loooot better

Toll free number doesn’t seem to work. It takes few days to get a response back. In my case it’s been more than a week for my last session.

The newly developed UI has a refreshing look and is highly user-friendly. It makes navigation and handling tasks much easier, ensuring a seamless user experience. The developers have done an excellent job, particularly with the attractive UI design, which enhances both aesthetics and functionality.

This app was working fine before update. But after updation its not working even toll free no is not working . This is not good

Useless

I have registered with office email id. After login it says register mobile number and gives network timeout error for last 3 weeks. It never works.
