Service fees 50% of order
This app has, admittedly, the best selection of local restaurants but without exaggerating a $40 order will cost you $60 BEFORE you tip and their support when an order goes wrong is… not very good so I don’t really know what it is I’m paying for
More expensive than Uber Eats
2 Dine In used to be the go to when it came to avoiding Uber Eats random fees. However, now they are actually more expensive with fees sometimes reaching $20! Avoid!

Good Update
Trying to review the app itself versus the service but the new update is pretty good and organizes everything nicely, still very easy to check out and set your delivery point. Service is great too, if you must know
New update slays
The overhaul update they did is awesome. The interface is really convenient now and easy to use. I like that they pay their drivers a better wage and that tipping is built into cost now. They are good about updating it with new restaurants too. The drivers are usually on time and friendly. My go to for ordering food now.

Great improvement
Still a few minor UI bugs but overall great improvement to the user experience! 2dine in as a service is fantastic.
Convenient
We so enjoy this app! Food is always delivered on time and hot! A gratuity is added so additional funds are always appreciated.

It is an app and it works! The drivers are kind and my orders are rarely late. Delivery fees are high.
Insane fees; Rip Off

Overpriced
This delivery service is the most expensive one out there. They charge $6 for delivery which is ridiculous! I’ve since stopped using them and prefer Uber Eats or Door Dash which is much more affordable since you can get free delivery if you have a pass. I have one for both! This service is just too overpriced.

Horrible delivery times.
You have a better chance of just ordering take out and getting it with a uber or lyft. This service takes an extremely long time and i wouldn’t recommend them.
Works very well
Ordering more take-out during these trying times, we are very happy with this local service. You can view restaurant menus from the app, see which places are open and how far they are away. Placing your order and tracking it is easy. And no contact delivery.
Rip off
Sure this app has the most restaurants in Portland vs it’s competitors but it definitely has the longest wait time and higher fees. The restaurants also set prices higher than you would pay if you were to go get takeout. Most of the restaurants have little to no drinks as the drink menus never get updated. I would only recommend this app if you can’t drive or are looking to wait an hour and a half for delivery for some odd reason.

Convenience
Used the service about 6 times now and I’ve never had to wait past the estimated time. It can occasionally be a little tricky to find a restaurant that’s open when I want to order, and they don’t deliver from my fav restaurant because it’s too far, but nice to have all the menus on one app and drivers are always pleasant.

Using it once then never ordering again. Too bad for the restaurant attached to this app with horrible navigation. Faster to pick up.

Garbage App
This app is complete garbage. They don't deliver after 10pm and even earlier on Sunday! I tried placing an order - they said place was open - then rejected the order! Worst app ever.
Very Short Window Times
The extremely short window times for ordering is a little frustrating. The app will only allow ordering/delivery times to be open for about a short hour or so and then shut down delivery for many hours even though the restaurant is open during those times itself. Wished there was a bit more conveniency, but then again there are probably reasons why it is like this.
