Terrible app
The scoring section (not the video which could be explained) did not function on both Saturday and Sunday. Rarely updated the scoring. Very sad to had to try to keep up and switched to other sports app to get scores.
Resources for Sunday
It sure would be nice if enough resources (server, network, etc.) we’re allocated to handle traffic on Sunday.

Why would you want to see the scoring at the penultimate time of the tournament?! Awful.
Live shot tracker and scoring not working
I want to be able to track the shots of pairing I am following but it is buggy and not working. You need to take a page out of PGA tour and the tourcast 3D tracking. Nothing compares to that right now.

Erratic Scoring
Scoring either disappears or does not update correctly or in a timely manner. It was working OK on Friday and Saturday; not sure what’s going wrong today. I deleted and reinstalled the app, but I’m still getting the same results.
Literally useless—worst sports app ever produced
Click on the Scoring tab. Blank screen. Literally the one thing you need the app for—to check the scoreboard—is useless. This is the ONLY Ryder Cup app, and it’s worthless. If the Ryder Cup can’t develop a functional app, at least drop the exclusive nonsense and let someone else develop a real app that works.

Can’t Load Scores
Picked an awful time for app to go haywire. Sunday afternoon, and the scores won’t load. I’ve changed between wifi and cellular…it’s not me. It’s the app. And since your website absolutely bizarrely won’t give scores unless you sign up for the newsletter - that might be the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen - I have no way of keeping track of the scores.
Overall, I’ve been a bit disappointed with the app’s maneuverability. But it’s at least been useful…until today.

This is just a poorly designed and performing app

The scores, if they’ll even update, are way behind the play on television. App crashes when trying to update scores. Worthless, worthless, worthless.

Buggy
Sad deal. It’s the official app of the cup and it doesn’t work any better than it does? That’s sad. Pages never full load, when they do the text is scrambled and overlaid. It happens so rarely, and it’s such a big deal to most golf fans, and this is the best you can do? That’s sad.
