Simple, fast and full of information
The app opened quickly for me during the parade allowing me to follow the floats and fiscover more about them. Good to know about other events, tickets and news. Great asset to have!
Printed program was better
Very difficult to use. We found information in the printed program book ($15) that was as up to date (and a couple times MORE up to date), and it was a lot easier to navigate.
Plus, the App could have had valuable information on road closures, but it was useless for that.

Can’t sign up
When attempting to make an account, after filling in all the required information I click “sign up” and nothing happens .
Doesn’t Work
This app isn’t functional. It tries to give me info on what it contains and then makes you sign in or create an account. I’ve tried many times to create one and I get a blank error message.
It would be really cool if it worked for people that have relatives that will be in the parade.
Bummer.

Go to the website, it says use our app, go to the app, it requires sign in. Except you can’t sign in.

The home screen shows but immediately flips to a blank white screen. I’m on ios 17.6.1
It’s a cool app
It was great to find this app. We were getting a little confused on where to find some of the floats, etc. and having this app gave us the ability to look around and learn about the different floats. It was nice and made the show more enjoyable.. I wish there was a button though that could easily let me know where I could’ve won tickets.

Very useful app for the parade
It’s a great app with lots of features, and it’s easy to use. It was great being able to review the floats and having all my questions answered.
Weak app
I downloaded this app to enter a contest, and there’s nothing there to give people a way to enter. Earlier in the day, it would not send out an email confirmation number. even now, if you search in the app for the contest entry, it brings up a story telling you how to download the app that you are already in. also reading a story about the parade scores The images are so tiny and unable to zoom that nobody could ever read it. The planning team needs to fix a whole lot of things on this, and should not have launched it in this manner.

I tried 3 different ways to sign in but couldn’t access the site and kept getting login error.
Nice to use as a parade guide but…
Liked using it as a parade guide but the problem I had with it was the auto feature that turned the page to the next entry I’m the parade. Hated that auto play feature that didn’t allow me to control the content and changed to the next event when I was still reading info on the previous event.
I hope they do an update that takes this auto play feature off. Also hope they give controls to move through events easier like scroll options at the bottom of the page.
