Used to be a great app for season ticket holders but now a terrible app. Nothing works. Please fix this app. 🙏🏼

Not going to as many shows because of app

Incredibly frustrating and time consuming. Just wasted 30 mins trying to retrieve tickets.

Frustrating

This app just does not work consistently. I have had to change my password so many times. This time after several tries at logging in, I tried forgot my password. Then it wouldn’t recognize my email. And yes, I reviewed it to make sure there was no typo. Finally I decided to go online. I got in easily online and was able to download my tickets. I am so over this app.

Worst app ever it does not let me log in even though I know my password and account login details

It’s beyond frustrating because now I will have to spend a bunch of time on the phone tomorrow during normal business hours to change everything only to have the same problem next time
I have run into this issue the last four times I’ve tried to login
