Quit working
Used to be a great app for season ticket holders but now a terrible app. Nothing works. Please fix this app. đđź
Not going to as many shows because of app
Incredibly frustrating and time consuming. Just wasted 30 mins trying to retrieve tickets.
Frustrating
This app just does not work consistently. I have had to change my password so many times. This time after several tries at logging in, I tried forgot my password. Then it wouldnât recognize my email. And yes, I reviewed it to make sure there was no typo. Finally I decided to go online. I got in easily online and was able to download my tickets. I am so over this app.

Worst app ever it does not let me log in even though I know my password and account login details
Itâs beyond frustrating because now I will have to spend a bunch of time on the phone tomorrow during normal business hours to change everything only to have the same problem next time

Sign in glitches
The app requires me to sign in again every time i open it
Canât log in
I canât log in. It keeps telling me my password and email configuration are incorrect. Season tickets told me to uninstall the app and re install. Still doesnât work. Some upgrade.
What Happened?
I donât know what they were thinking, but the new update has completely ruined the app. Itâs completely unusable now unless you create an account.
Can pass the proof I am human
The app wants me to slide a bar until the picture makes sense. I have tried about 25 times and the picture does not make sence to me. I would give the app less than 1 star if possible.
Broken for me
The latest update now just closes when I launch the app.
Canât buy tickets through this app
The app is supposed to let you buy tickets through it and Iâve tried multiple times over days to no avail. It goes through Ticketmaster so I guess something about the two apps arenât cross communicating well.
Unreliability
This app in concept is great, but I often find it kicks me off and I need to log back in, but I canât do it with my normal account which I use on their website. Always forced to log in from one of my other apps, like Facebook or ticket master. It can also be difficult to navigate from time to time to find the Hollywood specific information. Not sure why itâs advertised as Hollywood, but so much of New Yorkâs information is present. I wish the information like the lotteries could just be done on their website instead of the app.

Contacted support and tried their work around and none worked. Support mentioned that theyâve been working with Ticketmaster to resolve the issue but the reviews for this issue goes back a year so makes me think nothing is actually getting resolved. You canât retrieve your ticket via the BiH website either because itâs the same integration. Youâre stuck with getting your ticket at the venue window on the day of your show.

App no longer works
The app isnât working for the current season. Itâs been great in years past, but now it just says it wonât load because itâs in the wrong format everything has to be done on the computer and I have to go to the box office on the day of the show to print my tickets. Please fix!
Cannot Access Tickets on 4.4.x
This app is the reason I havenât purchased next seasonâs shows yet. The app had been great for seeing all my Pantages shows in one place. It also made adding tickets to my wallet, and therefore entry into the theatre with kids or seniors, streamlined and simple. And now I canât access my tickets. The titles are on the home screen, but they donât even show how many tickets were purchased. Now I have to bring my father and his walker to the shows 30-45 minutes earlier to reprint tickets. Itâs exhausting for him to walk all the way from the car, then wait in line. Itâs making going to the theatre a chore.

Doesnât work
Luckily I had previously added my last two shows to my Apple wallet but it canât update my tickets since November so my next shows canât be added and it doesnât show next season. Fix your glitch!!!!
App is Useless Now
It canât integrate with the Ticketmaster system anymore and doesnât update. So itâs useless now.
Unable to access tickets
Repeatedly getting an error that âthe data couldnât be read because it isnât in the correct format.â Unable to download tickets into wallet, so fingers crossed at every event that access to website is available at the theatre entrance. Been an issue for a couple of months since last update.

Iâve used this for a few years without issue. The recent release seems to have busted the Ticketmaster integration. Now I have to login on the website and can no longer add tix to my phone wallet.
