Impossible login loop

Literally logged in to my axs app but it wouldn’t not let me use those credentials to log in. Wasted 25 minutes trying. Help was…unhelpful

I bought tickets and they transferred into the crypto.com app and they’re there however I see no QR code or way to transfer them so they can be scanned. Kind of frustrating.
