App never works
Won’t let me log in because it detects some kind of error and says I’m not a real person. I’m not logged in on any other account or devices and have not made multiple attempts to log in.
Tickets and AXS accounts can not log in
Every time I try to log into my AXS account I keep getting an error message
EXCESSIVE NOTIFICATIONS
Even when I selected that I don’t want auto notifications I still got them. I attempted to dete my account and still got game updates and score notifications. It’s very annoying.
Not a good app
Personally think this app is garbage. Maybe look at the nhl app to get a better idea on how to format. Seems like a student was give. This job and wasn’t paid.
La kings app
If I could give this app a 0 I would. No ability to log in nor forget password and it is the only way to access my tickets. It’s no wonder the franchise is struggling to fill seats with such a poor user experience. I don’t think I could attend the game even if I wanted to… ridiculous
