Terrible experience
This app is primarily designed to do one thing: allow you to access and manage tickets. It does that very, very poorly. Often, it sends you to Ticketmaster, button to apps aren’t speaking. It will allow you to view your tickets, but not actually transfer them to your wallet, etc., etc. this is all very basic stuff that e-commerce platforms have been managing for decades. It is not rocket science, or hardly new science at all. And whoever the dev team is that is responsible for troubleshooting, and ensuring, the UX of this operates should be fired.
