Hard to access Orange Alliance

Love the Ducks. The App not friendly to access Mighty Rewards, OA page and get member QR code. Should be one touch and available. Most the time I get the Ducks icon just pulsing. Make it easier please.

No email ticket, completely redundant waste

The longest line is everyone standing around on their phones swearing at the app, when they could just email your tickets, completely redundant and incredibly annoying. Throws error message when you try to remove your info/delete account
