About

Life rarely falls apart in a day. It drifts. 20days is a small, quiet tracker for the three areas of life that matter most to you right now. You name them. Once a day, you score each one on a five dot scale and add a note if you want. Under a minute, and you are done. The app draws your last twenty days as a strip of dots, one per day, so a slide reads like a falling line. When a sustained decline shows in your own data, 20days opens a calm checkpoint: your numbers, your own words, and a few reflective questions to help you judge whether something real is going on or it is just a rough patch. Then three doors: let it pass, adjust your priorities, or find support. Every prompt is dismissible. The app never decides for you. What 20days is not: a therapist, a diagnosis, or a coach. It helps you notice, that is all. If something needs real care, it points you to support and steps aside. Private by design • Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no cloud, no analytics. • The optional checkpoint reading is generated on device with Apple Intelligence when your iPhone supports it. Your entries never leave the phone. • One gentle daily reminder, if you want it. No streaks, no guilt, no badges. Three pillars. One score a day. Twenty days to see the pattern.
