It takes far too long to fill tournaments. In some instances I have to wait overnight for them to fill. And since I refuse ti deposit while waiting, I’m not able to complete special challenges.

This game will take half your money when you cash out. Plus processing fees. Not to mention it takes two weeks or more to get. Then when you cash out they will harass you via email and close your account. They don’t like to lose money at all. Don’t enter bank info or you WILL GET SCAMMED

Love the game, it’s fair, easy, and fun. One of my favorites!
Terrible customer service
It’s a fun game but they make their withdrawals so confusing. Part is done as a refund if you deposited money to play. They send to original form of payment. They ask where you would like ur withdrawals sent when u submit but they can choose to totally ignore that request and send it wherever they want. I contacted their support email numerous times only to get the runaround and the same answers almost like they heard nothing I said or were too stupid to understand.
If you decide to play this game, I would not deposit funds bc u will not get the total amount of ur winnings. At least not to where u requested they be sent and to card numbers u’ve never heard of.

Only allowed to withdraw $$ you put in. If you win any amount other than what you paid you can’t withdraw it. I paid $10 to play and won $85 and they will only let me withdraw $10.
