And 222 prays upon your lack of connection, blames you, and says you just have to retry the cycle to find people you connect with. Great Interactions
When I first joined the app, I didn’t have high expectations of what to expect from the events or the people I meet however, I was soon proving wrong with each experience. Most people I meant with the outings were people I got along with, and some of the locations were places I had never been to and would love to experience again

Super cool def worth it
I’m sure it depends a lot what city you’re in. But overall the events can be really fun. Night events are often better than daytime. You might have more fun at the after party than the meal. It’s definitely worth the money.

Overall it’s a dinner club with an optional activity attached. The first few dinners were fun meeting and chatting with different people. When you fill out your profile more, it starts to pigeonhole your dinner mates based on profile similarities. The best setup is probably to also match with people who didn’t bother to fill out their profiles as well.

Wasted all that time filling out questionnaires and profile info to only find out it’s not available in my town. Why not have that as the first step!! Also requiring phone number, full date of birth, and precise GPS location sharing is ridiculous… what a privacy nightmare of an app
Seattle Unfreeze
Moving to Seattle proved to be way more challenging than I anticipated. The “Seattle freeze” was real! 222 has changed my experience with making friends here for the better. I am so happy this exists!

Support team sucks so I deleted app
Deleted the app and cancelled my event because support team was so unhelpful. Just go to a normal bar to meet people at this point. Save ur money. Also really funny that a team that vocalizes it doesn’t use AI support 1000% uses an AI chat bot for support. So frustrating from a company that preaches about real human connection.

Kinda cool but the app is confusing
Haven’t tried an experience yet but found there’s a lot of friction
-invite come through both iMessage apps (not text) and the 222 app itself and they’re not always in sync
-the app overdoes the typewriter animations and you have to wait for it to finish the animation before you can read the text. very annoying for long passages
-haptics are fun and “user journey”-esque but there are just way too many and unnecessary amounts of it that feels like it’s wasting my time and battery

Easy to use app that allows me to navigate through setting up fun 222 experiences and dates while communicating my likes and dislikes in a safe space.

Experiences are Great, If they let you into them
222 Experiences are great when you get to go to them, but that is not often. I went to my first experience and it was great, since then I have not been accepted to a single experience. There was once that I was waitlisted and then only after someone else canceled did i get accepted to the experience. BUT even since that it has been four straight experiences where I get "waitlisted".
Worst part is that they send you experiences weeks in advance to sign up for. But once you sign up you don't hear anything until 4:22pm the day before. HOWEVER here is the catch if you cancel after 4:22 pm they charge you a fine. So you have to block off your calendar and say no to other plans just to be told 24 hours ahead of time that you are actually free. It's a complete one sided scam.

Waste of money
Paid to get repeatedly waitlisted, only to be told at the last minute that they had run out of spots. The app sent me to exactly one event all summer, and when I checked the profiles of the people there, our supposed compatibility scores were just 18%, 25%, 27%, etc.

Horrible setup
Trying to create an account was absolute horrid. Why do I need to invite 5 people?! Give the option to skip visible, so I’m not being force to invite people! If I could give this app negative stars I would
