What an awful experience
Downloaded app, booked a task, Tasker canceled within two hours of appointment, uninstalled app

I’m giving it 1 star, purely for the sake of adding a review. They offer the LOWEST quality labour on the market. You will need to call a minimum of 3 “traders “ to get the job done, and yet it will be poorly completed. Use mybuilder or checkatrader instead.
Can’t log in at all
This app is a complete mess. I can’t even log in properly. Every single time I enter my correct email and password, I get some random error. I’ve double-checked everything, reset the password, tried different networks – nothing works. It’s impossible to use the app when you can’t even get past the login screen. Extremely frustrating and poorly made. Waste of time.

No way to chat in app
Really terrible user experience from email messaging to app. When you tap Reply in the email, it takes you to the app where there is no way to actually reply.
Scam
I hired a Tasker and paid in full, but the Tasker cancelled; they claimed they couldn't issue a refund due to an issue with my card—which makes no sense, as that never happened. They ask you to update your payment method just to wear you down, and they never actually refund your money.
