Professional, Communicative, and Incredibly Careful
Five stars without hesitation. Our driver, Ivan, was outstanding from start to finish. He arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and loaded everything quickly and efficiently. What impressed me most was the exceptional care he took with my mom’s handmade papier-mâché statues. He carefully separated them from the rest of the load and even transported them in the front of his vehicle to ensure they stayed safe. Every box was perfectly stacked and secured, and everything arrived in excellent condition. He genuinely seemed to care about other people’s belongings and treated our items with the same respect and attention he would his own. I would absolutely use Lugg again and would be thrilled to have him as our driver in the future.

Absolutely Terrible Experience
This was my first and definitely last time using lugg. They’ll give you an “estimate” but the real cost was more than double. They sent inexperienced people who intentionally took a lot of time since they know they are charged by the hour. Support was rudely and not very helpful.
