I’m so happy someone told me about this app. After downloading, it did take a short time to figure it out. Once I started using it questions I had about the process were answered quickly. Selecting what I wanted/needed took only minutes to complete. I will definitely use it again when needed.

Convenient but can get weirdly expensive
Ours job was done well but the labor time calculations felt off. The support team was helpful but this ended up costing us a good bit more than the upfront rate offered by a local moving company and way more than the estimate. Experience really depends on who’s assigned to your move

Significant Waste of Time and Money
Got charged for time where no labor was occurring, as the movers were not even present. Thankfully was able to get some of it refunded as I took time stamped screenshots of the location of the van after it had been erroneously marked arrived, but the remainder, before I thought to document it, is simply lost money. Pay careful attention to the app and make sure to document any suspicious behavior as otherwise they will overcharge you. Beyond that the ETAs given are completely inaccurate. Significant waste of time and money.
