Furniture always ends up bigger and heavier than expected. Lugg always comes and saves the day
It’s DoorDash but Pays Worse
I was matched with movers who were not the type of mover I requested and had to drive over an hour without proper compensation. They were great, the app is not. I requested in advance and wasn’t paired with anyone until ONE HOUR before my time. Customer service is just AI which was baffled by every question I asked. Will not use again.

I was surprised to find a mover with a truck in a short notice and it didn’t cost me an arm and leg. Reliable easy to use app service

Excellent the logger was on time great help and very professional.
On time, friendly and efficient
With less than 24 hours’ notice, the team moved two heavy pieces of furniture from one Bay Area city to another. They showed up on time, disassembled the pieces, wrapped them to keep them clean and protected, and were on their way. I loved how the app kept me updated on their location during both pickup and delivery. I’ll definitely use them again. Super easy!

Move bedroom furniture in our home
The two men who assisted us today were absolutely wonderful. Extremely polite, efficient, made sure everything was placed to our preference. They even adjusted our television mount to accommodate the dresser to fit underneath.
