Severe issues lately
There’s two issues that make StreetEasy extremely annoying to use. I have 1 saved search, and over time I get more and more emails at the exact same time with the exact same apartment. I’ve gone to settings in the app and website and there’s nothing to let me fix it. I’m getting tens of emails a days with no new information. And open house shouldn’t be considered an update. The second issue is that if you browse for a while, you can no longer click on a listing from the map view. I have to restart the app and re-navigate to my search

Good luck turning off notifications
The app is fine generally simple to navigate but they sign you up for emails and notifications. It’s impossible to simply turn em off, you have to read through pages of privacy find the place to click where it takes you to Zillow and have to unclick a bunch of individual options and then turn it off as a whole

Enhanced Gallery causing bugs on iPad version of app
Any building/units that have the “enhanced Gallery” icon next to them, there’s no way to view the apartment’s respective listing details. Not sure what’s causing this but it seems to be a bug with the app and should be fixed immediately.
Stop logging me out of my agent profile
I’m constantly getting logged out of my agent profile. I’m checking the “remember this device for 30 days option” and it is not remembering me. This happens every day. Dysfunctional. Same thing happens on computer. I want to throw my phone out the window.
