Stop logging me out of my agent profile
I’m constantly getting logged out of my agent profile. I’m checking the “remember this device for 30 days option” and it is not remembering me. This happens every day. Dysfunctional. Same thing happens on computer. I want to throw my phone out the window.
Rent
Every landlord is asking for money first before viewing the property
Buggy
Fix the bugs where you cannot open a listing detail view from the map view. Forces me to restart the app.
Always crashing
Always crashes and I have to go in and out of the app to click on listings
Stop adding text before copied links
Great app and great service. I like being able to look at Street View right from within the listing, which is better than the desktop version.
I would really appreciate it if, every time I copy a link, pasting it doesn’t also include the text “Check out this new home I found on StreetEasy.” I’m already using the service and I’m having my friends use it as well by sending them a link — no need for further advertising.

It’s time for change on Street Easy
Somehow SE has become the cartel of Rental Properties in NYC. Most of your time on the site and the app become dead ends because of how much AI staging there is. There should be some tighter qualifications for listings such as:
1) Room dimensions should be mandatory
2) What floor the unit is on should be mandatory
3) A video of the space should mandatory
4) Agents and Property Managers should have to respond or should get a rating of their own.
5) Why not have your information to apply uploaded so you can do it right on the app?
6) Lastly, the saved search section sucks. You should be able to organize it by neighborhood, favorites as in 1-10 from best to worst. It’s just not user friendly. The app and site design is lazy.

many bugs
this app is so buggy is so many ways, clicking on listings just randomly stops working and I have to constantly exit and re-enter the app. they also do nothing about fraudulent listings
Routinely can’t click a listing in map view
The app breaks in map view and apts aren’t clickable

This app is faulty and does not open. Do not use this company. They clearly do not know what they are doing.

Street Easy charges 799 to spotlight
This means if I don’t pay $799 a month for my own listing that I own and I’m a broker on it will go to other brokers who aren’t the listing broker to Buyers and they were. Buyers won’t be able to find me.
Too many glitches
This is a crucial app to rent in NY. However, it has so many glitches with no fixes.
First of all, after you tap on a few places, the app will freeze and not let you tap into anymore listings. You’d have to quit the app and restart your search again. This happens after you tap on ~1-5 listings. Then after a while, the app will think you’re a robot and prompt you to hold on a button.
I’ve emailed customer service and their advice is to restart the app, which does nothing to get rid of the issues because it will just crash again. Perhaps the website is better than the app itself because the app is hardly usable

Actually so bad
This app is so wack. They don’t show any of the options in mobile view. Better on desktop

I have to close the app constantly bc I can’t open the details of a listing. Happening all the time
pop up is annoying
the pop up about fees takes up a huge amount of the page and really affects usability. it should be less obtrusive or dismissible
Copy and paste
It doesn’t allow you to copy the address to search for it directly in maps, nor does tapping the address give you the option to open or search for it on the map; instead, the apartment link just opens over and over again.
