Felt safe. Tracking the car and driver is excellent. Responsive app. Really easy to use and will recommend. We always use 247 when we require a cab! Great selection of helpful and kind drivers. They arrive on time. Thank you!
Used to be good
Since a year ago the app is not working well: cannot find a location, doesn’t allow cash payments, frequently misfunctions. Despite many promises to update it, apparently it only becomes worse. I need to call each time to make a booking
New app doesn’t work
Since this app was updated recently, it no longer works on my iPhone 14. I’ve tried reinstalling the app multiple times but it still doesn’t work. I’m now back to making my bookings on the phone.
Phone don’t use the app
24/7 cars are normally good. The app is a pain to use, and I wound up with my driver in the wrong place despite selecting the station.
