Nu folosi aplicatia, compania nu e serioasa

Aplicatia pe iOs are probleme serioase: nu foloseste Apple Pay; nu foloseste FaceId.
Compania nu are niciun proces serios de returnat fondurile in cazul care o tranzactie este anulata de client. Cu-atat mai mult 24pay nu te ia in serios ptr returnari de fonduri daca suma implicata este mica. Reprezentatii de la serviciul clienti trimit clientii la Compania De Transport Public Cluj, CTP trimite clientii inapoi la 24pay. Raspunsurlle servicului clienti de la 24pay variaza in functie peste cine da clientul si daca persoana respectiva are chef sa-si faca treaba sau nu in ziua respectiva.

Fa-ti un bine si evita 24pay.
