Not able to recognise invoice or trader or not even manual information

As past reviews months ago stated SMS don’t arrive so use is not possible.
Nu folosi aplicatia, compania nu e serioasa
Aplicatia pe iOs are probleme serioase: nu foloseste Apple Pay; nu foloseste FaceId.
Compania nu are niciun proces serios de returnat fondurile in cazul care o tranzactie este anulata de client. Cu-atat mai mult 24pay nu te ia in serios ptr returnari de fonduri daca suma implicata este mica. Reprezentatii de la serviciul clienti trimit clientii la Compania De Transport Public Cluj, CTP trimite clientii inapoi la 24pay. Raspunsurlle servicului clienti de la 24pay variaza in functie peste cine da clientul si daca persoana respectiva are chef sa-si faca treaba sau nu in ziua respectiva.
Fa-ti un bine si evita 24pay.

App works when its in the mood
App was build for 2010, it works sometimes.
If you are lucky not to get a black screen every time you try to pay.
The UI is 2012 for a backend from <2010 that is decent, pretty much explains why the app works like this.
The integration with the bank barely works, the app says check the bank app to finish payment! Ofc it s not there lol
Usual app build by 50 people that breaks more often than works.

Easy to use but with some bugs
It's easy to use.
One problem is that when you buy the ticket, it's already activated and you can't choose when to use it.
I bought it once and it gave me an error. I closed the app and bought it again and noticed I was charged twice.

Do not with german number
I have tried to gain access with my german number several times. No input assistance. No reaction. I saw this app on a friend’s phone. Super, but not for me. Seems, this ist bad with for tourists from abroad.
What is this hot mess?
The SMS is not coming and many other issues. 28.05.26 updating the rating after receiving an answer for my abrupt review with a clarification and steps for solving. Appreciated!
Sometimes cities disappear
The app is good most of the time, but like 1-2 times a year there’s a period of several weeks when you can’t buy tickets for certain cities, which is bad becomes for Cluj for example, you can only buy time-based tickets from this app.
Brasov (and not only) being taken off and put back on the app constantly
Why do you keep removing and adding cities in the app? Why can't the cities remain accessible to the users once the system has been implemented in it?
Apple Pay
I prefer the payment method through apple pay. Too many steps if you want to make a payment and especially if you have a different card

Gleiches Problem, es gibt nur einen Weg die App zu aktivieren, per SMS, und die SMS kommt nicht an. Deutsche nummer auf Vodafone.

It doesn’t send activation codes to a Polish phone numbers and therefore it’s useless.
Does not work properly
Doesn't work with a Polish phone number. SMS with code doesn't arrive.
