  • Country Support

Why waste money advertising it in New Zealand, if I am told it is not support in my region. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, if you are not in the US.
  • Would be good if it was for nz

But it's for the US only
  • Most practical and convenient app

This is the app I show most to others to show off the benefits of an iphone. Great for people who can never make a decision where to go, or know exaclty where or what type of food they want to eat but want somewhere new to go. Love that it 'near me' selection, so you can be anywhere (in Melb or Syd) and find the restaurants within on metres / kms of where you are. Very convenient. Would be great if it could expand into being able to search for 'take away' or 'brunch' specific type places or recommendations (eg. tie in with something like The Age good food guide). Plus, I don't take any notice of the ratings as there is currently not much depth to these.

  • Brilliant

This is a really great use of location software. London has loads of places to dine but from time to time you can find yourself in an area where there appears to be nowhere decent to eat. Urban Spoon changes that and at times can help you find a gem of an eaterie. I love this app and no doubt on our next lads night out we'll be indecisive as ever but Urban Spoon will point us to the right place!

  • Works well in London (UK)

I like this app. I've herd it dosent have enought cities in the database, but it hasent failed me yet as I live in London. I've deducted stars for the GUI. The web browser (for reading reviews really needs an update. There is no pinching, or landscape mode. This makes for Reading reviews a nightmare as you have to scroll around the web page in order to read it. Also the main GUI looks a bit amature, it could be improved, however it works and is clear and funcional. The fruit machine effect is brilliant. I'm using 2.0 software and it hasen't crashed on me yet. All in all I've had a pritty good experience, and for free.

  • A great app to have if you live in Toronto, Vancouver or Calgary

in any other Canadian city, this app does not work (I checked urbanspoon's website for supported locations)
  • Works wonderfully in Toronto

    Works great in Toronto Canada
  • Still no Edmonton

This would be cool if more cities were covered - please add Edmonton!
  • No support for my city

Sounds like a great app, but no support for ottawa.
  • Crash, crash, crash, crash and crash

    This doesn't seem very stable
