  • 7 months since the last update?

I will give it 4 stars if we get an update. The option for icon change should appear after the in-app pro purchase. Also, the app shall run smoothly after the ios 14 release.
  • All the words, words, words in one place

I like this app a lot. The search feature is great. I like having the text of all the plays in one app. Also, the support team is very responsive to inquiries.

    Thank you!
  • By my troth

The best app, one of the longest held apps in my collection, and one of the first purchased. A wise investment indeed.
  • Worth the money

Any Shakespeare enthusiast should buy this. I use it all the time.
  • It doesn’t show anything

I’ve downloaded the free version of it and, when I want to read the play it doesn’t appear. It shows the act I’m in but not the content, it’s all blank. I’m really disappointed, was really hyped to read them.
  • Can’t read plays

I have the free version and an iPhone XS Max and I cannot read any play - when I click one all I see is a white screen that does not load the text. I restarted my phone and reopened the app and one specific play loaded and was readable after restarting but the other plays were not - I still see a white screen and no text! After closing the app and reopening again the play that I was able to read was no longer readable either!

Your review is very out of date and reflected a bug that was immediately fix back in 2019. Please update your app and update your review if you’re happy with the app!
  • Morning Shakes

Love this app! Every morning I am gifted with snippets of extraordinary verbiage from the bard. ‘Tis a great way to begin my day.
  • Read all of the bard

In 2018, I set out to read all of Shakespeare. I could not have dome it without the convenience of this app. It’s great!
  • A Shakespeare Quote/ A Day Keeps the ......

I start my day with a few words from the bard. I am impressed at how current and appropriate to the days political scene they are. Reminds me that centuries before, people were dealing with many of the same issues..... will we never learn?
  • Great resource

I’ve used this on and off for years. It’s accurate, comprehensive, easy to use and gets functionally updated now and then.
This is what all apps should aspire to be!
