Quality going down
I have used this app for several years, it was once excellent but has failed to keep up with the technology. The important fro Dropbox function has had problems for a year and their “fix” was to remove the feature. The basic import function only imports one file at a time and does not import files in .jpz format. The Browse the Web function takes you a screen for buying Newsday puzzles and you cannot bypass it.Show lessdisposer

This app used to be great, until they stopped supporting it. Go back in time two years and it gets five stars. Today all you can get is weird British puzzles (no offense to my London friends). This is no longer what I paid for. Searching for a new crossword app.Shrekory

There are still several daily and weekly US providers available in the app. We respect and accommodate all puzzle creators, and while some are willing to work with us, others have requested that we not offer their content. Sorry for the confusion!Stopped working
It stopped working some time ago on my 4th. Generation iPad. I recently upgraded to an iPad Pro so thought I’d give it another try. Didn’t work on initial startup so I deleted it and downloaded it again. Still doesn’t work. Just repeatedly gives me a message about having trouble restoring purchases.Show lessJazzBass34

Like others, my subscription is no longer being honored after this update. Once I finish the puzzles I have, I'll be looking for a new crossword app.engineer1297

How disappointing...I bought this app for the daily puzzles. Stopped working and now I am expected to pay again. I'll buy another app before I spend my money on the same companies app!Rande Wright

We definitely don't want you to pay again it; it sounds like your upgrade status got lost during an update. You can tap "+", then "Get More Puzzles", and finally "Check for Purchases" to restore your purchase. We're getting ready to release an update that will make this a bit easier. Thanks!Horrible!
The latest update is a POS! The app will no longer load any new puzzles. Customer service, of course, blamed it on Apple. They told me to delete the app and reload. Now, I have no puzzles at all. It looks like the only way to download new puzzles is to subscribe. If that is the new business model, then just say so up front, do not lie to us. I was a subscriber for YEARS, but no longer. Works with iPad Smart Keyboard
I am a novice crossword user and I must have downloaded a dozen or so apps searching for one that was compatible with the iPad Smart Keyboard. Wish I had tried Crossword light sooner. Most of the crossword apps will not work in Landscape mode let alone with a keyboard. I am not sure why this is as I just assumed all of them would be compatible. I am still discovering keyboard shortcuts but the need to use the touch screen is minimal.Show lessRaecom
