The Best!
I like this app the best. Many options are available but I like that you can highlight all the 1’s on the board and fill in the missing 1’s. Then you can work on the next number, e.g., 2’s. For the harder games, you can pencil in possible solutions and by logic, can solve one square at a time.Larrasd

The only app that keeps up with the latest developments in the world of sudoku. The best sudoku learning app - it goes as deep as you want to go. And the only really smart hint structure.

Best sudoku app out there
The options alone make this app the best. You can go from easiest to hardest in all the different settings offered. Are you new to sudoku, this is the best app to start, not only can you adjust the settings to your perfect setup, the game also teaches you how to play with telling you how and why a certain grouping works or doesn’t.
I have had this app for years and it only gets better. I’ve lost a lot of older apps to the developers not putting time into upgrading it or even keeping it up to date with updates. The developers of this app make sure that doesn’t happen. They are amazing and every upgrade to the app I’ve seen I’ve absolutely loved. Thanks for such a great app.Show lessRA_Gal
Best Sudoku App!
I’ve tried a lot of these games and I always go back to this one. I especially like having all of the current number highlighted so it’s easy to see where they are needed. This has so many options to turn on or off. They also have practice modes to help you learn. Just a great app.Norskhilda

Love this. Minimal ads. No video ads unlike most. Simple uncomplicated implementation. Lot of options for hints. I have learnt so much from the tutorials. So many levels to explore and train. Wish they had more puzzles than 1 at every level per day. But still the best sudokuRMSES
Pencil In Not Working Properly
I uninstalled this app. Either it only allows you to pencil in one number per row, or the “pencil in” isn’t working properly. If I had two or three cells per row where I wanted to “pencil in” a the same number, it would only allow me to “pencil in” that number in one block, but the other blocks in that row the “pencil in” didn’t work. It would put a big number in in both of the other blocks instead of a small “pencil in” number.Show lessGrandMaBay
Great Game
This version not only offers different levels to play. It also has easy to see tips that can develop and increase your skill level. Keep in mind that the hardest levels require a lot of skills to complete. I have used this app for several years and tried others also. This by far has the most to offer. GREAT APP!Show lessCU L8TOR
Best Sudoku by far!!
I’ve played sudoku on this app for years. Every once in a while I’ll check something else out but always come back to this one because of the number of daily games, because of the tutorial tips that actual TEACH STRATEGY, and because of the myriad of UI options.
Was very disappointed when it stopped working with iOS 14.3, but it’s working now with iOS 14.4!! Yay!!
I’m not sure if Apple changed the thing or the developer (Jason Linhart) did, but I highly recommend the developer at least publish a short update to let us know you’re still out there and to let users (and potential users) know that they best sudoku app out there is once again functional. :)

I have been using this app for a long time ... tried others ... but always come back to this one. Easy to use, many levels of difficulty to try, and a pleasure to play. Every morning I challenge myself before I get going with the day. Mostly I frustrate myself, but it kick starts my brain for the challenges of the day. EXCELLENT!!Show lessrpapson
