Useful app for the casual mixer!
The part I love most about this app is that you have the ability to look up drinks you can make based only* on the liquors/mixers you already have.
This app is really handy for someone who is just starting out mixing drinks, doesn't know what to make with the drinks they have on hand, or just needs some new ideas.
The only complaint I have is the lack of pictures for most of the drinks in the app. Hoping that'll be fixed in a future update though!

What start off as a very basic app…
Has now become a true marvel to enjoy and learn from. At the start it was such a basic app with so much potential. And I remember a while back email an idea or two for his app, his reply was appreciated however I never thought you'd go to these extremes!! You're a creator that truly cares and listens to his customer, bravo. I hope you keep up the tremendous work! Easily now in the top 3 best cocktail mixing app!
If you're incline for another idea, how about the history of the drink and/or the alcohols involved. :)

Really good!
I really like this app because it's the one one in the entire app store that serves my needs. I wanted an app that allowed me to inventory my liquor collection at home, as well as log drink recipes...this does both!
Only 2 reasons for 4 stars instead of a perfect 5:
- REALLY wish there was freedom to edit within the app. I enter in recipes for later use, then take photos later when making the drink...but the app won't let you add or edit the photo, or tweak the recipe.
- The over all form of the app isn't pretty. I do like that it's basic...the simplicity is good. But with the help of a designer, this app could be more visually appealing. And it could flow better.
Would love to see an updated version!

Useful and easy to use!
I downloaded this app specifically for my iPhone... I loved it so much that I installed it on my iPad as well. The developer was great about answering a question I had prior to purchase (I was wondering if it would save liquor cabinet items - it does!). Much appreciated!
A couple of suggestions for potential enhancements... Sync liquor cabinet items for users with multiple devices. And can anyone add drink pictures or just you?
In sum, I am excited about using this app to help me figure out what to make with what I have. Highly recommend!

The Best
Of ALL the apps that I own, this is truly one of the best. Great to begin with, it gets better with each revision. They not only add new drinks, they add new ways of finding them. Clearly five stars.
Nice but incomplete...
I wish there were a way to add ingredients. Noticed that when creating recipes some ingredients are not available; Galliano is just one of them. Plus it would be nice to distinguish between ingredients such as white & brown creme de cocao. So the work around I came up with is to add just 1 ingredient ( because the app requires it) and put the rest of the ingredients in the instructions section. Nice app but missing ingredients without a way to add them makes this incomplete.

Correction ... AWESOME APP
App runs great on both iPad2 and iPhone4 both running iOS5. Had an issue with a ZAGGFolio wireless keyboard which was NOT related to the app. Author contacted me (LITERALLY) immediately and we were able to discover it was the wireless keyboard. Great app, cannot beat the price. Would be nice if you could sort the Favorites which the author stated he is working on improvements.
If you entertain, as we do extensively, this app is a MUST HAVE for both iPhone and iPad!

very nice app for a cocktail novice like me. Now can prepare a party for friends!
Pointless
Browse is pointless, as there are thousands of cocktails and a name in a list tells you nothing about them.
Discover is pointless. I spent ages entering my ingredients only to find it doesn't filter the browse nor the search results.
Complete waste of time.

Liking the 'Discover' feature (a lot) as I have plentiful stock of varied booze so can now put a name to many a varied concoction.
Could do with a "Clear All" button for the Discovery section and some missing drink pictures to be added - hence the limit of four stars.
