So frustrating!
As previous posters say, the reporting/banning is getting rediculous!
I just got banned again mid-way through a really fun swap conversation talking about music and guitars, when I got "the message". All I had sent recently was a couple of pictures of an interesting coaster and a couple of my watch on my wrist!
I think the bug is users reporting the same picture over and over until the limit is met and the sender gets banned. Surely my funky coaster and watch can't be that offensive to so many people? Please only allow 1 report per picture to prevent this!
Aside from this, the app is really good fun and a brilliant time killer!

Addictive app.
Needs a few things to make it really great. Like, adding text to photos, buddy list, report button needs to be in different place. Able to save photos. Sending photos from collection. Great idea though.
Addictive
Once I started using this app I couldn't stop! Only thing I didn't like was the fact I have to send a new photo before I could recieve another. Also there needs to be an improvement on the "report photo" button, it's too easy to accidentally report someones photo.
Great app, needs work though...
First off, I have to say this is a fantastic app, especially for a freebie! Great and unique idea.
The only drawback is the 'report' button, which lies directly under the 'use photo' button, and easy to press (I've done it a few times myself - but never confirmed). While I've never sent, nor intend to send, anything offensive (purely creative and fun photos only), I have had reports made against me. This will only make unnecessary work for the moderators.
Move the report button to somewhere it is not going to get hit by mistake! I'll give it 5/5 since we're still on 1.0, fix the 'report' issue in 1.1 and it will be superb!

Great idea, shame about the users
This is a great app. However it is somewhat tainted by the 'desperate' males who take photos of their body parts in the hope of meeting a stunning female(or at least seeing that persons naked body).
Guys, wake up.
On the couple of occassions I have exchanged interesting photos with people it has been great, shame about the majority of users however.

IT'S BACK
Server problems seem to have been fixed, but it's kinds slow cuz I don't think everyone knows it's back. I love this app but do hate the men trying to show body parts and those with the messages under info that say "do not report..." and "show me everything..." and "show ______..." Gosh there will always be pervs who will try to turn every little thing into an engine for them to get their cheap thrills. Geez get a mate...or stop being cheap and go to a strip club...whatever. Just don't allow your pervertedness to intersect with my life. Thanks.

Addictive productivity killer
Great app.. although many just take pictures of nothing just to get a pic back. Maybe the author could implement some sort of rating system for photos? If you're average rating is low you only get to swap with other low rating users. If your rating is high you get to swap with others that are rated highly. Don't know if that's feasible but it would give incentive for people to post more interesting stuff.

A fine idea with a few annoyances
The idea of this app is brilliant: I love the fact that somewhere in the world someone has received a picture I just snapped and I've got a glimpse into another life.
I personally haven't received any unpleasant images (albeit a few boring ones!) but I imagine the reporting feature stops them from being too much of a problem. Haven't yet had cause to use it.
The only improvements I would request are with the interface. Being told the same server message over and over just slows down my usage of the app. Would be better if I just saw it once.
Also when I press '[u]se photo' the phone gives no indication it is exchanging photos. The phone locks up (the button remains blue as if depressed) until it has uploaded and downloaded. Some sort of progress indicator would be great.
Otherwise, a brilliant app for free that I'd happily pay for.

Very intriguing, although a few small improvements would be nice.
This app is both fun and addictive, but there is still room for improvement.
First and foremost, the user should be able to specify (in settings) whether or not they are willing to receive "unrestricted" photos. This would essentially set up two tiers of swap: "unrestricted" pref people could swap amongst themselves, and those who have chosen to apply a limit would only swap among theoretically "safe" users. Would this be a perfect solution? Probably not... but unless there was a method in place to monitor the content of each and every photo sent (which would probably drive users away!) it would at least add a level of voluntary protection.
Second, in preferences it would be nice to have an option to automatically store incoming and/or outgoing photos in a photo album, so that they could be reviewed later. If the album images could also retain whatever tag info the user had applied it would be ideal... perhaps automatically add a screenshot to the PhotoSwap album when the user info is viewed?
