It does exactly as advertised. The interface is excellent. Runs in the background with my iPhone tunes blaring. It stops counting when I get lazy and rest. Well worth every cent. Tx......
Could have been good, but oh so bad
What is the point of creating something like this if it does not run in the background? Using this involves having to constantly remember to go back to the app and press start. This is both annoying and ridiculous. What if you want to do something else with your i-phone, like, god forbid, phone someone or go online. If someone invented one of these that just ran automatically in the background without you having to make it the only active application that would be good. Surely this does not require rocket science?

It's a turn off
This software has time and time again turned itself off no matter what you do to stop it. You can walk a half an hour and it tells you you took 31 steps and didn't leave your driveway.
Well worth it!
This app is good. It is a drain on the battery and it sometimes won't automatically restart when you stop walking. A nice addition would be details of fat burning. It would also be nice if you could make a call or listen to music. Overall a good purchase.
Not Good
I was looking for a pedometer to measure distance for running. After running approx 3 miles it told me I had gone .71 of a mile. Tried a few times and similar result. If you want it for walking I guess it would be ok, but for running it stinks!

Under counts and resets itself on occasion. Needs to run in the background as it wears down your battery quickly.

A fairly simple application that works as advertised. It's easy to use, and you can lock the screen so that you won't press the start/stop buttons while in your pocket.
I found that in the settings screen, it's hard to tell what settings you've selected, because the selected/deselected colour scheme is confusing. This is a minor problem.
It would be nice if the application could run in the background, so that you could navigate to iTunes or other apps and it would keep measuring your steps, but I understand that this is an iPhone limitation that is impossible to get around.

This is a great little program, easy to use and accurate. It does exactly what I want. A historical record would be good.
