Australian user can only see Radar zones

I was very excited to buy this app only to find when I opened it, I couldn’t do anything. I have no access to anything in there except I can see the Radar zones and I can expand them, but that is all. I can’t even find where my Account details would be entered, or even my Location etc. I’m very disappointed. If it is only available to US customers surely it should say that first.

Great Radar App vs Competition

I have been using RadarScope for several years, but am always looking for good weather and radar apps. I recently downloaded another radar app, the only other one that can rival RadarScope in my opinion, but it is just so clunky and cluttered compared to RadarScope. Both have similar features but RadarScope is such a nice looking app by comparison.

Recently in some strong storms, living in KS, we get our share of them, I ran these 2 apps side by side and RadarScope’s imaging was a little nicer and it had a little less lag. Since both are using the same NOAA radar data, it was great to see my favorite of the two getting more up to date radar images slightly faster. While this could have been an internet issue somewhere on the end of an app, RadarScope shined and you could see the tornado couplets very clearly without other unnecessary data showing on the map other than radar.

Lastly, the widget features of RadarScope is so nice. Having radar always showing on my Home Screen is super handy for a quick view of things. Others lack this feature.

Excellent work RadarScope. Thanks for a fast, clean looking app!

App not working

I downloaded this app at the recommendation of a friend. After installing, I got the What’s New screen. When I tapped Done,I was taken to just a map, with a small pencil at the top left corner. My friend sent me a picture of his app, and I had none of the menu options at all but he does. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app thinking there may be a glitch. This time it was worse than the first, because the blue pencil didn’t show up until I tapped around the screen in various places. I’m going to press for a refund, because this is obviously not a working application for me. I have a screenshot if that was available. **Update- I just went to their app support, and watched one of the videos for iOS. I get nothing on my screen like what is demonstrated there.

Please add storm track nowcasts to Australian radars

Brilliant app but would it be possible to add storm track/timing nowcasts to Australian radars for identified storms such as those already used for US radars?

Such a nice app but no UK coverage :(

Met office has updated API please add . Would be epic if I can use this app here

A must have for everybody in tornado alley

I have bought numerous weather apps and compared them all within the last two years. This is hands-down the most accurate, up-to-date, and easy to use app you will find out there. While most other weather apps seem blotchy, this app looks like it’s running in 4K @ 244HZ 🙌🏻😌 thank you to the creators of this app, I am one extremely satisfied customer.

Also, I think it would be a really cool idea if you had links to tutorial videos about reading different overlays, what to look for when spotting a tornado on a radar, ect.

RadarScope

It works in Australia

Not for joe blow

This is an advanced app for viewing radar images from wx radar heads. It’s not something joe blow can pick up and understand.
Those saying it isn’t any good simply don’t know how to interpret the data.

It’s like looking at an X-ray and saying an iPhone does a better picture.

Canadian Radars no longer working

After Environment Canada has updated its radar, I think there might have been an error in fetching Canadian radars in this app… all Canadian radars return as blanks. The American ones still work, might be useful if you live along the border.
