Simply put . Nothing comes close to this app . It is simply the best ..... Clean , Easy to use, the list goes on. Have tried other real estate apps but nothing comes close to trulia . I use this app to distress after a hard days work .
Great app
Easy to use and comprehensive - but would be nice to have more "share" features - ie to share a listing on Facebook (instead of only email).

Happy to give 5 stars for this app. We're looking to relocate to the US soon and this app saves trying to find all the local websites of various estate agents. Love the map view as it allows for very specific location searches.

I would like the ability to mark properties as rejected. So they are greyed out on the map.

Brilliant App
As an app this is great, I cannot rate how accurate or current the information is but the app is easy to use, and graphically great too. Best real estate app I have seen.
Old app was better
It's a shame they have removed the map functionality of the old app. I understand it's because of
apple's introduction of their crap maps but if like me you've not upgraded your IOS because of that this is, it's a backward step. Trulia you need to offer an option in the settings to allow users to select the default map option as the google map app.

Top Shelf
This is the very best of the best Real Estate sites and I particularly like the overlays and the ability to track the pricing. Great work!
Very good app for rentals and/or house purchases
Would be 5 stars but for the fact it will crash the iPad if you rotate from portrait to landscape in map mode. Other than that irritating bug (which has been in it for a few releases), I'm not sure it could get much better. One suggestion would be to allow the dismissal of the popup for school details when overlaying the school catchment area...the popup often covers the bit you were trying to look at and so prevents you from selecting house details until you select a different school far enough away to uncover it. A minor thing but it would help.

Useful and well designed
Very useful in research not just property prices but also environmental factors such as reported crime rates and schooling. My only nag is would be great to filter easily the houses that are repo or not being sold by the owner. I'm not particularly interested in forced sales and you can waste a lot of time looking at these to manually filter.
