I have used this app for nearly five years and it has yet to fail me! I used it when I was trying to conceive my first born, again for my second and all the time between. It has been pretty accurate (within 1-2 days difference) for the start of my cycles and is a helpful indicator (in addition to paying attention to my body) for ovulation, etc.
I’ve also found it helpful with the mood and flow tracker, especially postpartum to help get things back to normal. I’ve suggested this app to many of my friends and they too find it helpful.

Lady life
Being a lady, you wanna plan everything, this app helps you with that, plus you can record all the weird and wonderful things out body’s go through day in and day out. All at your finger tips info right in your pocket/handbag
Notifications don’t work
I started with the free version and loved it so much that I quickly got the paid version and have been using it fir a few years now.
The verdict over time: It does its job and generally has a very straightforward interface. When I was tracking symptoms and vitamins/meds each day, it had a great system for that, and I could add & save literally anything that I wanted to track by later toggling a switch. I even peeked into the community forums once or twice and found a vibrant and supportive community there to talk relevant topics if I needed it.
My only real complaint is with the notifications, which I set up about a year ago. I thought it would be great to have an app send me reminders of things that are linked to my cycle—when I want do a breast self exam, and so on. I set up several. For whatever reason, I have never gotten a notification at the appropriate time. Most never arrive anywhere *near* the appropriate day. I just got one that’s roughly 15 days off. For a while I thought that it was necessary to log into the app each day for its clock to reset and notifications to pop up appropriately (negating the “set it and forget it” benefits of notifications), but it doesn’t even seem to be that. Notifications pop up randomly, regardless of when I’ve last logged in.
I would recommend this app to others, but it would be a tepid recommendation. If they fixed the Notifications, *then* we’d be talking a really great app.

Very helpful tracking
If I had not started using this app (it’s been over three years) I would never have known with accuracy just how often I get my period. And how it is starting to change with my golden years approaching.
It takes the guessing out of it and first hand documented information for my doctor. Can’t get any better than that.
And even if I miss recording data it’s predicts when I would most likely get my next flow. Very handy to know.

An essential for all women!
As a woman who started off with irregular periods (PCOS) it was vital that I could track my periods. I have been using this app since 2013 and it has been extremely useful when tracking my cycles and pregnancies too. It has everything you need and easily transfers all of your data from one phone to the next when upgrading your device. Best app ever!

Awful design but best for functionality
I’ve used P Tracker for years, through periods, trying to conceive and two pregnancies. As much as I dislike the twee design - flowers and butterflies just ain’t my thing - the app itself packs a punch. It’s SO easy to add info and customise it to what you want and look back at the data.
I’ve recently tried a couple of popular period tracking apps mainly because their interface is much sleeker and attractive, with no cheesy icons! However, I came back to P Tracker because it outperforms them all on ease of use and functionality. If the app team updated the design it would blow the rest of them out of the water!

Every girl should have this app
I think I've had this app going on 3-4years now and I don't know what I'd do without it. Comes real handy when organising holidays or special weekends away! I paid for the full version within a couple months of getting it and don't regret it one bit! Takes a lot of stress away.
