My fav app
As an aware and awakened woman, P Tracker has been my go-to app for years and years. Many moons and cycles later, I just adore how brilliantly P Tracker tracks my cycle...it’s so intuitive and intelligent. Compliments & confirms my knowingness so well and I totally rely on this app, more than any other app over the years I’ve had on my iPhone. It’s like a part of me! Weird to describe but other chicks will get it ;-)

Awesome App!
I’ve been using this app for years now. I recommended it to my teenage daughter, & she uses it. I don’t use all of the options or features this app offers, but I like to check the log/chart. It really helps me to see trends or shifts in my period since I’m “older.” ;)
Update:
This app really helps me be precise on what day of my cycle I’m currently on. I get cystic acne, even at my age, unless I take a hormone pill, but it gets complicated since I take a one pill on days 7-18 & take 2 pills on days 19- the start of my period (day 26 or?), & no pill on days 1-6. With this app you always know what day of the cycle you’re on which helps a lot if your cycle isn’t consistent. Periods aren’t fun, but this app makes it manageable!

Fabulous app been using for many years
You can keep track of your period and the symptoms you are experiencing along with feelings and moods. You can also track if you’re trying to get pregnant as well which is really helpful. It’s a really good all-round up and like I said the title I’ve been using this app for many years I’m really impressed and you can also use online backup or email the back up to you so if you do need to go to doctors or anything medical you have it all there to hand which makes life easy. I would definitely recommend using this app easy to use and it makes tracking easy.

Simple, great app
I’ve been using this since 2011. Got the pro version way back then and have been able to transfer it to 3 phones since then. Simple, somewhat customizable, and easy to use.
I have used it for tracking periods, during pregnancy, and it’s useful for tracking fertility too (whether you’re trying to or trying to avoid getting pregnant—of course, nothing beats proper protection but I’ve been married a long time so although there have been times I’ve wanted to avoid pregnancy, it wasn’t really a big deal if we had an accident).
I also like that it’s not owned by any big company because it kind of weirds me out thinking that they know my menstrual cycle. 🤷♀️

Great for its intended purpose!
I’ve been using this app faithfully since Sept. 2015, and it has definitely served its purpose perfectly. Because I’ve been using it so long, it’s very good at predicting my cycles, etc.
My husband and I were trying to conceive last year, and we got pregnant on our first month of trying! This app was very accurate on my ovulation dates. Once again, it is probably because it has almost 5 years of data! I don’t use it for tracking my symptoms or anything like that, but I can always tell my doctor exactly when my last period was! Lol.
The only reason I’m giving this app 4 stars is because after I switched it off from pregnancy mode when my daughter was born in Feb 2020, it has been very buggy. I cannot choose the date my period started, and it seems a little broken. I hate to delete it and restart considering all of the history. But it’s definitely not as functional at the moment. I am hoping the developers fix it.

Not Mensural Exclusive
Gonna try to make this short and sweet since I tend to ramble.
As someone with bipolar, bipolar depression, and ADHD, I’m able to track not only how I feel during a mensural cycle but also not on it. It's commonly recommended to take notes on how you’re feeling day my day— to keep a journal— and this has been the best way to do it. I’m able to add my own moods/symptoms along with jotting down notes, which is exactly what you’d write in a daily journal. Knowing what’s ahead and normal is a huge relief. I can let my doctor know how bad it can get during these times and in result I’m given advice and guidance around it.
In summery, this app is more than a period tracker. Thank you developers!

I love it!
I’ve been tracking periods and ovulation with this since 2014. It says I ovulate a few days before I actually do but I test and I easily move the day and it predicts it correctly after awhile. It’s a super easy app and nice to look at. I am using it in ttc mode now trying to get pregnant. I bought the upgraded version and it’s totally worth it. I have tried other apps and I didn’t care for them. It’s been so great to be able to look back at how my cycle has changed over time especially since I’ve turned 30 since I’ve started using it and am trying to get pregnant at 32.
I highly recommend it no matter your age or ttc status. It’s useful when you’re trying to PREVENT pregnancy too. Lol.

Tracking and custom data
I love this app, it’s my go to for tracking my menstrual cycle, and fertility. The custom data input enables me to customise the tracking of my individual needs. Only thing wrong is graphing. I would prefer better graphing options-something like Kindara would be preferable, also notifications and reminders to input data such as weight, temperature etc. Otherwise great app.

8 years and counting!
I love this app! I've been using it forever and it really helps me keep track of everything. Been 4 years and counting!
Edit* Its been 8 years now and I still use this app every single day of my life. My husband and I check it together and keep track of our intimacy information. Though my only complaint would be I wish it was a birth control tracker as well. I love how in depth it is for when trying to conceive I wish it would do the same for when you’re on birth control. As someone who is on the pill my periods are irregular and sometimes I don’t have one for months. Besides that I truly love this app and will continue to use it for the rest of my life.

Obsessed with tracking more then my cycle
I love this app! It’s perfect for tracking my cycle and helping know when I’m most likely fertile. But it’s great for so much more. I love that I can enter my weight, temperatures, my moods, my symptoms and so many other things. And then when I’m pregnant it has pregnancy mode. It’s so fun to see how and what the baby is doing as it’s growing.
You are also able to track when you were intimate and other things relating to that.
I seriously use this app daily. Not just for the above mentioned. You can write notes in it. So I usually wrote stuff about how I’m feeling or symptoms I’m having. Honestly obsessed, over a period tracking app. Who woulda thought?!
