A Harmonica Player's Review
Had to add this app to my repitoire of iPhone instruments. It's a solid start but not a slick or adaptable as Pocket Guitar, Guitar, or Band. The samples tend to get in each other's way and produce static. I'd suggest the following updates and improvements.
1) Variable keys (besides D)
2) Better 3D interface
3) Warble & bend notes
4) fix static

Messing with their heads!
Everyone has cell phones, but when your in a crowd and take a deep breath, put your iphone in your mouth and blow and sound comes out, well you just stand out don't you!? Of course you do!!! It's silly but I love it!!

This app is one of the best amusment apps I have scored. Sure it has no practical value besides fun and amusement but who cares it's only 99 cents!! Everyone I show loves it. I put it to my mouth to play and then cough...keeps my friends from wanting to grab my phone! Very impressive how well it works! I love it. Got it stashed on my amusement page and always bring it out when showing off my phone!! You just cant go wrong here!

Way cool
I bought it because of a previous review that said I could actually use my mouth to play the app. Amazingly enough, it is true! Great stuff. Well thought of and nicely done. I'm sure there is room for improvement, but Benjamin just delivered an app that "blows" your mind.
Excellent app. at a great price
I downloaded this app today and I think the developers did a GREAT job in reproducing the harmonica on an iPhone. The only suggestion I would ask the developers for future updates is to allow the user to change the key on the harmonica. This way you could have an entire set in one app. Whenever I try to play along with my favorite artists, I seem to be out of tune with their harmonica. SO having the option to change key or at least tune it would be great. Thats why I only gave it four out of five stars.

Worth 59p just for laughs
OK so it's vitually impossible to get a tune out of it but who cares! For 59p it's worth getting just for the novelty factor, your friends will find it hilarious you trying to get a tune with your phone in your mouth!! :o)
Clever
Touch screen or accelerometers, Apple has found the niche so that those with a bit of immagination can develop their concepts.
A great App that does just what it says on the box, and all at a great price.
For future how about using the accelerometers so that tilt produces a distort/note bend just like a real blues harpist

I now own a complete band....
...on this amazing phone device. In order of preference, I now have a theremin (very cool), a xylophone, this harmonica, a drum kit, a guitar, and a piano! It simply amazes me what people are doing with the SDK from Apple. This is great fun with very realistic sound. You can do chords and sustain notes too. I'm getting together with my Iphone band later and we will lay down some tracks, all recordable on our Iphone!! Wow, this changes everything....
