Can’t imagine life without Timewerks!
So let me start by saying I got this app back in 2010. I’m a handyman so basically I use this application every day. I’ve never ever had
one issue with this app until four days ago
when Apple rolled out iOS 11 and when I
went to email an invoice to a client I realize I couldn’t. I was to say the least devastated
but I found an email address in the help
section of the app and let Timewerks know
about the issue. Within a couple days of communications with Stephan we were able to figure out what the problem was and within three days an update was waiting for me at the App Store. That’s what I call the epitome of customer service!
If you’re even remotely considering this app I can say without hesitation buy it. It would be a steal for twice the price!!Show lesssemleon-Roy
Best App out there!!
Used this app for the last 4 years, tried other but this has been the best one hands down.
My phone crashed this week and lost all information for the last 4 years and was able to work with support from Timewerks and he worked with me all day. I was able to purchase a back up to restore everything. The cost of the back up was nothing and I'm a happy customer!! Thanks Sorth Llc for creating such a great app.

Fantastic App for the Billing Professional
I am a huge fan of this app. I had the standard version and upgraded to Pro for the extra features. Well worth the price. I can use it to separate all of my billing, whether it is for legal services or other professional services.
It has been a lifesaver. I cannot recommend it highly enough. If I could give it more than five stars I would. It is worth it's price in gold. If you are an independent contractor, this is a must have resource.Show lessmacdiehard
Great App
I've paid for 3 other invoicing apps and they were all deleted within a week. So so so much better then the others. The only problem I've had is when printing the invoice through airprint it always seems to print 2 pages no matter what. There's prolly another app I can use or some way I can adjust this but I don't know right now. If anyone has an idea let me know. Great app! Makes me look professional!
New update is really nice! Looks great on the iPad! Would love if the note field was bigger. Why not expand that to use the whole screen? Make it look and feel like a full size invoice.
This is a must have app for the independent contractor. Clients are so impressed that you can give them an invoice on the spot. Timewerks gets the job done. All the upgrades have been great! Can’t wait to see what else they have coming. Great work all!Show lessaz003
Great for Medical Consulting
As a practicing physician with multiple administrative duties, Timewerks is a great app. Prior to Timewerks, I recorded these hours on paper, and handed them to my office administrator whenever I had the time to see her, often weeks later. With Timewerks, I record my hours more timely and accurately (since my phone is always with me), and at the end of the month create an invoice, and email it to my office administrator with the push of a button! She loves it so much, she has required all my partners to use it as well. Customizing the profiles to fit my needs was simple, and I have a permanent and reproducible record of my work - no more lost scraps of paper!Show lessMD in ID
Couldn't ask for a better app!
I use this app religiously everyday for my business. I cannot think of a better tool to have for tracking and entering time on projects. The ability to know how much money I am going to make, at any given moment on any project, is fantastic. I love being able to create my invoices and email them out right from my phone. I also purchased their module called "Timewerks Data Sync", which ensures all my data is backed up and safe. "Save2PDF" is another app I use in conjunction with Timewerks to merge all my PDF invoices into one for easy emailing to clients. Easily deserves 5 stars, as their support is bar none as well. Not much for the money
It's only $3, but this has some fatal flaws for me. First, clients and projects do not sync, only work items and invoices. And the sync is not bidirectional. I add a new work item on the website, and it makes it down to iPhone. I delete the item from iPhone, and it remains on the website, but not on the iPhone. Kludgey.
As I said, clients and projects added to the iPhone do not make it to the website, or to other mobile devices. Apparently they are mobile device only. I don't like that at all. Mobile devices are for adding time, and one offs, not major app maintenance.
The data export feature crashed the app, and my desktop browswer could not access the CSV files it displayed after linking. Fail.
The web site is extremely simplistic, and since there is so little functionality there, they made everything large so it wouldn't seem empty. How about more features, instead, like client and project sync. Just sayin'.
Overall, $3 isn't much. In iTunes world, however, it promises more than this app delivers. I'm not crying over $3, but you might want to look elsewhere. I'm looking at Time Master next, since Cashboard apparently has no iOS app.Show lessMark88579
I am in love with this App!!!!
I do a lot of travel and hate having to carry a laptop just so that I can give estimates and bill customers. This was my answer to airport security aggravation I just have my iPhone to put in the bin and I have everything that I need. Timewerks is straight forward and easy to understand and I can export to my computer for putting into my excel spreadsheet at home. I have suggested it to about thirty others. Extremely helpful for tracking different clients
I love this app and it was worth every penny. I am sure some software to do the same would have been hundreds. Very intuitive, and when I did have a question, I got immediate support that resolved my question. What I like:
-it tracks separate clients
-I can use multiple billing rates for different services for all clients
-I can add in expenses and track mileage
-I can use the timer to add time, or manually add it in, and yes you can go back to prior dates when you forget.
-The best is that you can create invoices and email the pdf, with your company name, info and logo straight from this app
-You can track payments
-There are other functions related to taxing and discounts that I do not use, but are there.
In sum - great app, use everyday and worth the money. This was a life saver for starting my own business. Thanks!Show lessJen LT
